Crew: From 1 kid or adult up to 4 adults for the recommended models (send a message to ask about bigger boats).

Build time: For complete boats, typically 6-12 weeks, possibly quicker if needed. Kits ready for delivery within 1 week. Expect kits to take 15 to 50 hours of work at home for a first-time builder.
